Full Bio
 

Erin Doyle is a multi-instrumentalist with a love of music and performing. Miss Doyle grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Southern Methodist University's Meadows School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Music Degree in flute performance and a minor in arts management. She studied flute with Jean Larson Garver, former principal flute of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. She also studied piano with Alfred Mouledous and saxophone, clarinet and jazz flute with Donald Fabian.

Miss Doyle teaches flute lessons at Jesuit College Preparatory School. Miss Doyle sings and plays flute and piano for church services at SMU, St. Monica, and other surrounding churches. On the side she plays keyboard and woodwinds with funk-rock band Colors. 

Miss Doyle has performed with her colleagues at the Kauffman Center in Kansas City, the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, and Carnegie Hall in New York. She is comfortable with a wide variety of genres and is skilled at both sight reading and improvising. In her free time Miss Doyle enjoys playing saxophone on street corners and making covers of songs by Ben Folds and Queen.
